Using state-of-the-art technology is natural for us! Our call centre meets the strictest IT safety standards.

We are the best technologically advanced and the largest commercial call centre in Slovakia. In terms of physical safety, all our server elements are located in a state-of-the-art DataCentre meeting the TIER III requirements. Each of our operations is secured by a camera and electronic card system.

They are interconnected to ensure operation without failures and on-line replication of databases. Our telephone exchanges and all servers of the contact centre are backed up on an online basis and are connected to an independent standby source of energy (UPS + diesel generator) which ensures permanent operation even in case of outage. Voice and data lines are provided to us by three independent telecommunication operators both through “optics” and “by air”, which is a guarantee of permanent services for our clients.

A project manager is automatically assigned to every new project and is available to the client 24 hours a day. Presently we employ more than 900 well-trained operators working in three 24/7 shifts at more than 400 operator positions.
